The video conferencing and Its utilities:     

This real time Video conferencing uses dialup ISDN lines of 128kbps Bandwidth. The reason for using ISDN dialup is its very economical and easily available. These are 30fps and hence there are no lags either on audio or on Video. This can be used by anyone, as there is no learning curve. The conventional videoconferencing is very expensive as regards to equipment and also the operational costs are very high. In spite of the heavy costs it’s not possible for the common man to have an access, as this requires a leased line or a V-SAT. The ISDN Dial-up line is twice the cost of normal PSTN lines as two 64kbps lines are used.
