Diginue Technologies Pvt Limited was incorporated in 2000, under the Companies Act, 1956. The company's main object as per Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company is as under :

1. To carry on in India and elsewhere any of the business or businesses in the field of electronics, electrical, telecommunication, mechanical, developing applications, marketing software system solutions, designing, coding integrating systems to find intranet and internet solution, including assemblies, sub assemblies of computers, other accessories, peripherals thereof, digital products, hardware and software for electronic and electro mechanical and any other articles, materials, appliances, apparatus and substitutes thereof.

2. To render as principals, agents, contractors or otherwise technical know how and consultancy services in the field of electronics and electrical telecommunication including internet service providers and web services, develop and market software, impart training and consultancy.

3. To establish, promote, purchase, set-up or connect with any database, network, Data and
information processing centers and bureaus either on its own or as franchise center for dissemination of knowledge and information related to computers, communications and information technology industry including print, video, Smartcard solutions, Medical equipments, Security Systems, CD-ROM, electronic media and digital media, intranet, internet modems, fax modems, video conferencing, e-mail, voice Mail, Voice response systems, multiplexes, hubs, VSATS, Cable, wireless network, SAP/ERP solutions and satellite communications.

The above location is situated in a prime location at Bangalore and is well furnished with central air conditioning, standby power system for the entire facility, state of the art communication facilities viz., ISDN connection, telephone connections, facsimile Facility, etc. The location is conducive to the activity of research and development in the high tech area of computing environment. The premises is located in the vicinity of most of the facilities occupied by well known transnational organizations viz., Motorola, Novel, Bay Soft and among others Infosys, Wipro, BFL Software, to name a few. The company has an in built focus on Research and Development to offer solutions through its innovations aimed at offering Products and Services with value addition. Presently the company is engaged in research and development in the following fields:
