TELEPOWER
TelePower is the Interactive Voice Response System from Diginue. TelePower is a Customer Relationship Management product that converts the simple telephone into a Voice Computer. Customers calling from any part of the world can obtain and give information through a series of Interactive, Voice guided menus, without the necessity of an operator. Thus callers and clients can obtain routine and required information.
The system can also be configured to make outbound calls, send outbound faxes and SMS. TelePower is easy to use and easy to scale.

The product is available off the shelf and needs to be customized based on the requirements of individual customers
TelePower is also available in modem-based models – one modem can be connected to a telephone line. This is meant for smaller organizations/users. The modem replaces the Voice Board in this case.
